About the Class

We have opened the bookings for our next Furniture Painting 101 featuring Vintage Furniture Paints. Space is limited so be sure to book early! This is an excellent opportunity for beginners to receive the hands on experience and expert guidance to instill the confidence to tackle your own projects!

We are proud to be able to announce that Tammy Villegas Wehner, Creator of Vintage Furniture Paint™, will be attending the class too!

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn all the basics of painting beautiful furniture and cabinet finishes with our wonderful Vintage Furniture Paint. Vintage Furniture Paint™ is the fast drying, DIY all-in-one paint that has a built-in moisture resistant sealant. It requires no waxing or sanding! So durable you can use on outdoor furniture too!

The class will focus on preparation, single layer painting, dry distressing, and finishes. With your new skills, you will be able to tackle almost any piece of furniture or even your kitchen cabinets!

Cost

The total workshop fee is only $65. $35 for the class, plus $30 for materials.

Additional Information

Everything you need will be provided for the class, including a complimentary glass of mimosa or orange juice!

You will be able to choose your color of choice of Vintage Furniture Paint before the class begins. Just show up in your paint clothes with your piece of furniture and you’ll be ready to go!

Don’t have any furniture but would like to have a go? Avonlea can provide a piece for you to paint. If you like the finished product, you can purchase it at cost!
